EXCHANGE & RETURN

At Ekaanindia, we embrace the beauty of hand-crafted techniques, which make each piece in our collection truly unique. Our skilled artisans pour their expertise into creating our products, employing various techniques to ensure their individuality.

Please note that the occasional slubs and gentle shading in the fabrics should not be considered defects. These subtle variations in color and texture are the hallmarks of special dyeing and washing processes, adding to the soft natural look of our products.

As each piece is meticulously handcrafted and made to order, we do not have a standard exchange or return policy. However, if you encounter any issues with sizing or alterations, please reach out to us via Email/WhatsApp, and our dedicated team will be happy to assist you.

In the event that your product arrives damaged, exhibits a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, you may request a return. Kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing comprehensive details of the defects or complaints related to your order/package. Our team at Ekaanindia will carefully assess the returned products based on the information provided by the customer.

Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the return or exchange procedure. After the product has been received, our quality check team will inspect it thoroughly, and we will then proceed with your return or exchange accordingly.

REFUND

Ekaanindia will issue a refund only if the product is damaged, faulty, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. Please note that no refund will be provided for products delivered in the color and size selected by the customer during the order placement.

In the event of an error on the part of Ekaanindia, we will either replace the product or refund the amount at the sole discretion of our team.
