DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are dispatched from India via the following courier partners: DHL, FedEx, and Delhivery.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to specific regions, addresses (e.g., P.O. boxes or remote/unserviceable areas), or postal codes at our discretion. If your location falls outside our serviceable area, you will be notified at the time of order placement or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

2. Free Shipping
We are delighted to offer free standard international shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada, at no additional cost to you.
Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country are not covered under this offer and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
All timelines below are estimates and are measured in business days (Monday to Saturday, excludin Indian public holidays).

Order processing time: 10–15 business days from the date of confirmed payment
International transit time: 5–10 business days from dispatch
Estimated total delivery time: 15–25 business days

Please note that these timelines are indicative and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays arising from such factors; however, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp at the contact information provided at checkout.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable government-levied charges at the destination country are not included in the product price or the shipping fee.

• These charges are assessed and collected by the destination country’s customs authority.
• They must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery or customs clearance.
• The amount varies by country, product category, and declared value; we recommend consulting your local customs authority for an estimate before placing your order.
• All customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Important: Failure to pay applicable customs duties may result in the shipment being held, returned, or abandoned by customs authorities. Please refer to Section 7 (Non-Delivery & Refused Shipments) for our
policy on such situations.

5. Non-Delivery & Refused Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered or is refused for any reason - including but not limited to non-payment of customs duties, unavailability of the recipient, or an incorrect address - the following applies:

• The courier or customs authority may hold, return, or arrange for the destruction of the package. We have no control over this process once the shipment has left our facility.
• If the package is returned to us in resalable condition, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit for the product value (excluding the shipping fee). This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• No refund of the product price or shipping fee will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that complete and accurate shipping details - including full name, street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country - are provided at the time of placing the order.
We are not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. In such cases, no refund or re-shipment will be provided at our expense.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at ekaanindiaa@gmail.com or +91 97262 22100 as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate corrections, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the processing stage.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with established and reputable courier partners, we recognise that delays and losses, though rare, can sometimes occur during international transit. We want you to know that we will do everything within our means to support you if this happens.

Delayed shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please
reach out and we will liaise directly with the courier on your behalf to get an update.
Lost shipments: If a shipment is formally confirmed as lost by the courier following an investigation, we will arrange a replacement (subject to product availability) or issue a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue, equivalent to the full order value.

Please note: A shipment can only be officially classified as lost after the courier has completed its investigation, which typically takes 15–30 business days from the date the investigation is opened. We appreciate your patience during this process and will keep you updated throughout.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the processing stage. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at ekaanindiaa@gmail.com or +91 97262 22100.
If a cancellation is approved within the eligible window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once an order has entered processing (after 24 hours or upon commencement of production, whichever occurs first), cancellations will not be accepted.

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil an order arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, acts of government or regulatory authority, strikes or industrial action, war or civil unrest, or significant disruptions to logistics or courier networks.
In such events, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable and will endeavor to fulfil orders as quickly as circumstances allow.

10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy before placing each order. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this International Shipping Policy, including:

• Responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, and associated charges at delivery.
• Acceptance that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in approved cases as outlined in Section 5.
• Acknowledgement that final size selection is your responsibility and that sizing dissatisfaction is not grounds for a return.
• Agreement to all other terms outlined in this policy
