Terms & Conditions

We do not have a refund or exchange policy, but we can do a size exchange or any other necessary alteration to the same product.

A size exchange or alteration complaint should be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Size Exchange

All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with the original tags still attached.

Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.

All exchanges are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item returned without its original tag will not be accepted, and it is the customer's responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.

Ekaan India cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. 

Exchange items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. failing to meet any expectations, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Remember that you must send the items you wish to exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of your order before the exchange period expires. Items are eligible for exchange only once.

Once your exchange has been verified, you will receive a notification via email within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that the entire size exchange or alteration process can take up to 10 to 14 business days.

NOTE :- Customer have to bear the both side shipping charges [Forward and Return] for size exchange and necessary alterations.

How can I register a size exchange & alteration?

If your return meets the conditions mentioned above, please follow the below steps.

Inform us within 3 days after receiving the product. After that, no complaints will be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you have to send the garments in their original packaging with all the original tags still attached in one week; after that, no courier will be accepted. And it's your responsibility to take your return back.

Once your product has been received at our warehouse, our team will inform you within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed.

Please note that if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return, and the package will be sent back. 

What is our order cancellation policy?

For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Prepaid orders will be refunded as store credit.

For damaged products

A damage product complaint should be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

Also, our dresses are handmade and hand-dyed, so colour variations cannot be considered damage.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Our warehouse team does ensure all items are subject to quality control prior to dispatch.

In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team via email at ekaanindiaa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +919726222100 with images & video of the garment so that our team can assess further.

Please include your order number and any images of the fault or incorrect item, and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

We will replace the damaged product, but the amount cannot be given back.

Note:- The opening video [From starting to end]is a must to report a damaged product.
