Exchanges and Store Credit Policy

Note:- We don’t offer returns as per our no return policies. 

We aim to make exchanges as smooth as possible. If you have any issues with your purchase, here's what you need to know:

Easy Exchanges (Within 3 Days)

If you have any issues with your purchase, contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an easy exchanges. You can reach us by email at ekaanindiaa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +919726222100. Be sure to provide your order number and the details of the items you'd like to exchange.

Refunds/ Returns as Store Credit

Refunds are provided as store credit valid for one month from the date of issue. This gives you the flexibility to shop with us again at your convenience.

Conditions for Exchange or Store credit

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We offer a one-time exchange policy. Which means you can only exchange your order once.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement after we receive the returned item. An opening video is required for reporting damaged items.

Note:- The opening video is a must to report a damaged product.

Return Shipping

For standard store credit or size exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will provide you with the return shipping address via WhatsApp or email. Include your order number and name when sending the parcel back to us.

Refunds in the form of store credit will be issued after the returned items are received and verified.

Important Notes

  • International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
  • Clearance sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for size.
  • It may take 15-20 days for replacements to be processed.
